Offering casual island style dining and refreshing cocktails under the stars. Featuring live entertainment daily. Locations will be located in Somers Point and Sea Isle City.

The Restaurant/Bar Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a restaurant/bar to ensure superior guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, profitability, and sales growth by maintaining and promoting the highest standards for quality food and service. This position will be reoccurring seasonally from approximately May through November.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the operations of the Bar and Restaurant from approximately May through November.

· Determine staffing needs to satisfy business demands

· Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training of all applicants and employees

· Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures to improve operating efficiency.

· React to guest issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Assist with P&L reporting with specific focus on budget management and labor control

· Coordinate inventory control and management procedures, quality control projects and physical inventories.

· Assisting in the oversight of cash management and ensuring accountability for best cash management practices.

· Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards.

· Perform other job related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates Degree. Prefer Hotel/Restaurant management or similar discipline. Will consider equivalent business experience or combination of courses and certifications.

· At least three years of experience in a restaurant/bar management role within a high volume environment

· Hands-on management style that emphasizes direct involvement in the day-to-day operation.

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

· Intermediate knowledge of financial management disciplines to include but not limited to – P&L, budget design and management, and financial analysis.

· Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· MS Office applications and The Toast POS System (or similar system).

· Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
