Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Basic Function: This position will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and painting for units for Alvarado Restaurant Nation. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated people to join our team.

Key Activities:

 Complete assigned work requests on a daily basis as assigned

 Perform corrective repair/replace services for properties

 Respond to urgent/emergency calls on an as-needed basis

 Provide support on tasks and work orders as assigned

Requirements:

Must have own tools

Power Washer

Must be able to travel throughout New Mexico

Motivated and have pride in their work

 Minimum 3-5 years’ exp

 Knowledge and experience in commercial painting

 Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex HVAC-

R issues with customers in a way they understand

 Critical-thinker, problem-solver

 Must possess and maintain state driver’s license

Additional:

 Must be willing and able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test

 Must be willing and able to: stand and walk without accommodation, climb, crawl, kneel, bend and reach above shoulders on a frequent basis, lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis, use manual dexterity, eye/hand coordination, hear and verbal communication, work on the interior and exterior, in all weather conditions, work with chemicals and solvants, work around moving equipment, work alone, work in confined spaces
