• This project will include 2500 Dell laptops for WFH employees, where the Deployment PC Techs are onsite and the users come in to get their new equipment
• Deployment PC Techs will do imaging, provide laptops to users, then collect old equipment
• This group works within a VDI environment and uses Wise terminals
• Will be replacing the user s thin clients with laptops

• Image Laptop devices using standard process for image and configuration
• Windows 10 imaging
• Update CMDB using ServiceNow for Associates device assignments
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow (skills to use ticket management application)
• Troubleshooting skills for imaging and Microsoft applications
• Be able to ascertain post image deployment and configuration
• Basic Avaya configuration

• Must be familiar with Windows 10
• Must know how to image a PC and perform troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience
• Customer service knowledge and skills to be able to assist associates with minimal computer experience
