REMOTE opportunity Looking for administrative support for our enterprise managed file transfer solution, Axway Secure Transport Responsibilities:

• Administers and manages all aspects of the Axway Secure Transport software.
• Configures secure file transfer (SFTP) definitions in Axway Secure Transport to securely deliver files to the intended destination.
• Works with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers
• Works with Information Security on firewall configurations and IP listing.
• Implements proper security certificates for SFTP and FTPS protocols.
• Monitors performance of file transfers and resolves operational problems.
• Coordinates the installation of Axway Secure Transport software on Linux platforms.
• Works with Axway vendor to troubleshoot software issues.
• Provides Disaster Recovery planning, documentation, and support.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support for Axway Secure Transport file transfers including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of file transfers using FTP, FTPS, SSH, and HTTPS protocols.
• Experience supporting Axway Secure Transport or similar enterprise-managed file transfer software.
• Highly focused on following security procedures.
• Understanding of firewalls and IP listing to allow file transfers between CareFirst and external vendors.
• Experience working with security certificates for encryption/decryption and authentication.
• Experience monitoring and resolving FTP issues.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to work with internal and external application and business teams with differing technical abilities in support of Axway Secure Transport file transfers.
• Experience with basic UNIX system navigation, commands, and scripting.
• Experience working with Information Security and infrastructure teams in support of managed file transfer software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
