QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
- Comprehensive understanding of Inbound Methodology
- Proven experience defining and executing email automation campaigns
- Experience with customer journey mapping and campaign/marketing automation services
- Experience using attribution models to understand customer journeys preferred
- Proficient use of Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo or similar tool preferred
- Proficient knowledge and experience using tools and technologies used for site management (i.e. CMS, eCommerce platforms)
- Very high functional use of Excel, Google Analytics, and major digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills along with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong business judgment with ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner well cross-functionally and build strong relationships with a collaborative working style
- Strong drive towards innovation and continuous improvement
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation, CRM, Market Research, Business Analysis, and or Database Marketing
