• PeopleSoft Financials Functional Consultant with 10-12 years of experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, preparing Tech Designs
• Strong experience in PeopleTools such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, PS Query etc.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft AR module
• AR module configuration for new AR BU
• AR BU setup o Entry Type/Reason understanding and configuration
• Revenue recognition
• VAT handling o Cash deposit recording manually
• Cash deposit using excel to CI templates
• Differed revenue handling
• Advance billing and payment but recognizing the revenue based on the schedule
• Multi-currency handling for Pending Items and cash receipts/application
• Understanding of Lockbox
• Cash application
• Worksheet creation and maintenance
• Write-offs (over and underpayments)
• On-account treatment for the access cash received
• Payment predictor configuration
• Payment posting
• Pending Item posting
• Understanding of AR to GL flow and configure new AR BU to flow to GL
• Customer configuration
• PeopleSoft Queries using AR tables
