- Develop thorough and well documented requirements based on business needs.
- Develop high quality code based on good designs to meet requirements.
- Perform all other functions required of a developer such as good documentation, thorough testing, change control practices, SDLC use, etc.

- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail during daily operations.

- Minimum of 5+ years SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA development experience.
- Broad experience in ABAP and ABAP Web Dynpro development with knowledge of ECC, SRM, BW and SUS.
- Ability to develop custom applications using ABAP and ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Able to read ABAP code and debug ABAP issues.
- RCF ABAP objects development and debugging skills.
- Experience with ABAP on HANA.
- SAP HANA Studio Experience.
- Experience with AMDP, Open SQL , ADBC 3.
- Simple Finance and other S/4 module experience.
- Develop using tools Eclipse and GitHub.
- Demonstrate broad ABAP experience in the following areas: Workflow, Object Oriented programming, OOABAP, Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, ALV programming, Classical and Interactive Reporting, BDC, SAP Scripts, (offline/interactive), Enhancements, User Exits, Dialog Programming, Interface/ABAP Proxy programming, LSMW, BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro, Performance Tuning, Function Module development, Module Pool Programming and Spool programming.
- Demonstrate experience with Smart Forms, SAP Adobe Form development & handling OData service consumption on UI.
- Fully understand SAP Fiori concept, FLP configuration and app integration.
- Expertise in developing HANA & ABAP CDS views.
- Knowledge of both XS Advanced and XS Classic.
- UWL and Personal Object Worklist (POWL) configuration in portal and backend ABAP system.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to monitor application design and ensure compliancy with architectural standards
- Good conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
- Strong knowledge of procedural and object-oriented programming techniques.
- Experience with Solution Manager and ChaRM.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited US University.
