Commercial Installation/Service Technician - 3G Radio Swap

Description:Our client hiring has been tasked with upgrading 900 radios across their geographic regions before September 2021. To do this, they need to hire 10 installers to make sure this is completed in the next 4-5 months. This opportunity is Full Time, 40+ hrs/weekly. Overtime may be available.The expectation is that they will do 5 jobs per day and can come to the office as little as once per week to pick up equipment for their jobs. This person must be able to use their own vehicle and carry enough radios for 5-6 installs per day. They do not need to have a ladder rack to do this jobs .Skills:Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Installation, Security, Service Technician experienceTop Skills REQUIRED:1. 3-6 years of installation experience with commercial burg equipment;, Must have Burg - Honeywell, DMP, and Bosch; (Fire experience is a NICE TO HAVE; NOT MUST HAVE - Silent Knight, Firelight)2. 2-6 years of experience troubleshooting issues to commercial burglar alarms3. They must have good communication and customer service skills; they are going to be talking to the customer and dealing with national accounts, so they will need to articulate to the customer about problems and not make it worse; there must a filter on what they say back to the customer and understand how to keep the customer up to date on the progress of things while also making sure they feel comfortable with what is happeningMust pass pre-employment screening including history check, driving history check, and drug screeningMust be able to drive your personal vehicle as part of the roleAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of High School Diploma / Vocational Training.Must have a mastery knowledge of trouble shooting commercial intrusion systems; fire is a plus but not must-haveMust have a working knowledge to full understanding of local / national codes.Must have a mastery knowledge of test equipment, such as multimeters, battery analyzers and decibel meters.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a drug screening.Experience Level:Medium to Expert LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
