- Professional Engineer - Electrical with ability to procure registration in multiple U.S. states
- Experience in power distribution, lighting design, communication systems and data centers, lighting photometric calculations, existing building assessments/reports
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects from beginning to end, such as Design Basis through specifications and submittals
- Intimate knowledge of building codes, regulations and requirements along with thorough knowledge of building materials and construction methods, knowledge of procedures and sequencing of construction documents
- Ability to convey ideas and alternative solutions in a collaborative live team
- A professional demeanor while interacting with clients, partners and team members
- Pride in craft; desire to stay current on trends and technical advances
- Ability to function effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specialized electrical engineering software; Revit experience is preferred
- Ability to contribute to junior team member skill advancements via coaching and/or mentoring along with ability to direct drafting to support your electrical design
