Please review the job description below:Top Skills: [UIM, CA UIM]Qualifications:- Qualifications:Position can be in ATL or MSP 6 + years of experience required • AWS Cloud experience a plusResponsibilities:This role will lead planning activities and have extensive project and BAU responsibilities, including: • Responsible for troubleshooting, support and maintenance of CA UIM infrastructure • Plan, coordinate and implement product upgrade and patches for the CA UIM infrastructure • Analyze technical architecture of systems and applications to understand dependencies, points of failure, impacts, and external and internal interfaces, to provide monitoring recommendations. • Provides level 3 assistance and expert knowledge when necessary. • Expected to be the subject matter expert for CA UIM. • Constantly expand and improve the integration of applications, tools and dashboards. • Provide training to Enterprise Monitoring staff including offshore resources, support personnel, and business end-users. • Responsible to provide expert guidance on the best use of the monitoring tools for different IT projects. • Assists management with developing long-term global enterprise road map. • Work with Monitoring tool vendors to fix any platform related enhancements to address business needs. • AWS Cloud experience a plus
