  • Provide full life cycle support of applications, servers, storage assets, and other related equipment
  • Provision and support end-user computing for business, back office, call center, and field agents
  • Gather, analyze, store and share knowledge and information, improving efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge.
  • Ensure knowledge base is accessible to employees to drive transparency and self-service
  • Maintain information about configuration items required to deliver an IT service, including their relationships
  • Define best practices and guiding principles for configuration management.
  • Maintain documentation across functional areas, including data management, knowledge and training, scheduling, security, etc.
  • Gather functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Maintain company standards and assist with inventory management for both software and hardware assets
  • Maintain license counts and compliance for all tools including ERP and associated applications.
  • Performs IT administrative functions
What You'll Need
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience maintaining IT infrastructure in a software development environment
  • Strong knowledge of systems, software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on security
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure) & cloud SaaS applications
  • Able to comprehend new information in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, file system structure and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with Apache, IIS, NGINX, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL is preferred
  • General knowledge of ITIL concepts and processes and eagerness to learn new IT-related skills
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile techniques and methodology, including technology product management and platform management team structures and escalation paths
  • Effective at collaboration and working on a team
  • High-level of attention to detail and be a self-starter with ability to work independently, multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities
