The Installation Service Manager is responsible for daily flooring installation for residential and commercial customers. Will interact with installers, customers, general contractors, and provide oversight when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review install details for each job with the appropriate installer before installation begin
Collect COC’s from previous day installs
Communicate installers’ next day assignments
Coach installers on customer feedback received on their projects
Turn in the previous day’s details
Visits job sites to check on the quality of installations
Resolve install issues;
Approve and process Chargebacks
Management of installers, including hiring, regular supervision, and termination
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
Flooring installation experience (preferably at a lead installer or higher level)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills
Ability to resolve issues timely and with good judgment
