Prep Cooks and Line Cooks

Clearwater Restaurant is looking for energetic, team players to join our fast paced kitchen. This is a full time position that will include weekdays, weekends and holidays.

As a prep cook and a line cook, you must have a strong passion for delivering and flawlessly executing recipes to meet and exceed our guest expectations. You must also have a firm commitment to the highest safety and sanitation standards.

Fluent in Spanish and English preferred

Prep cook job duties:

- following daily prep list

- following recipes to complete all prep items

- Maintain organization of the walk-in refrigerators and freezer

- Complete assigned work duties

Line cook job duties:

- Responsible for food preparation following standardized recipes

- Ensure all food is handled and cooked in a sanitary manner

- Maintain kitchen in a sanitary and organized fashion

- Complete side duties and prep list as directed

- Follow plate presentation specifications based on Clearwater Standards
