AgeRight at Home is hiring In-Home Caregivers to join our family.
Job Responsibilities:
AgeRight at Home is currently hiring In Home Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA) and CNA's to work for our Home Care agency.
Our In Home Caregivers and Personal Care Aides (PCA) assist in providing prompt, friendly and professional services which meet the existing needs and/or preferences of each client. These services are to be delivered in a caring manner that maximizes our client's independence, choice, dignity, privacy and individuality.
Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare and/or home health setting and knowledge of the aging process is strongly desired. Qualified candidates will have the ability to deal tactfully with people, show patience, maintain a cheerful disposition and be customer service oriented with a variety of individuals and groups.Qualifications:
Requirements also include:
Passing a criminal history check and a drug screen.
Having transportation to get to each client's home.
As a part of the AgeRight At Home hiring process, you may be put through a 1-day PCA training class before being offered a position.
