If so, it may be PTSD. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a condition characterized by nightmares or flashbacks, avoidance of situations that bring back the trauma, heightened reactivity to stimuli, and anxiety.

Symptoms often include: Flashback, fear, anxiety, mistrust, and loss of interest or pleasure in activities, guilt, insomnia, nightmares, emotional detachment, agitation, irritability, unwanted thoughts, and social isolation

Oregon Center for Clinical Investigations, Inc. (OCCI, Inc.) is researching an investigational medication for PTSD. If you think you are suffering from the symptoms of PTSD, and are between the ages of 18-65, you may qualify for this research study.

Qualified participants receive all research-related care, study medication, and study-related office visits at no cost. Compensation up to $750.00 may be available for qualified participants who complete the study.
