We are looking for a highly qualified support specialist for our growing medical-professional office. Your duties will include medical record organization, conducting medical-legal clinics for Independent Medical Exams, and other administrative tasks. You will often be the only Integrity employee at the medical clinic. While at a clinic, you are responsible for opening/closing procedures, you will be interacting with and assisting the physicians as well as checking in patients, scribing for the doctors, and communicating regularly with the corporate office. This position will include travel along the I-5 corridor. Your home base is always our corporate office in Keizer. A company car will be provided.
This position is full-time (40+ hrs). However, the hours are very non-traditional. Many days will start before 8am and/or end after 5pm. Some days you may be done “early”. Occasional Saturdays are required. The schedule for each day is varied. You will have an idea of what your schedule will be about a month in advance and more specifics regarding start/end times about 1 week before, with ever so slight fine tuning after that.
For example, you may have a 12 hour day on Monday in Eugene and then work from 10am-3pm on Tues at our corporate office in Keizer, and 6am-2pm on Wed in Portland, etc.

We need a well-rounded individual that can wear many hats. If you do NOT know how to use basic office machines nor are well versed in Microsoft Office, please do NOT apply. You do not need any medical certificates or licenses as we are not a facility that provides medical treatment.
Workers' Compensation knowledge is a plus.
You must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record.
Compensation is determined depending on experience.
