Pettit Staffing Service is seeking Several Sanitation positions for all shifts in Silverton, OR. These are temporary to hire positions for a large family-owned food manufacturer that produces custom-crafted, meat products that are cooked from scratch. For over 60 years, they serve customers nationally with delivering protein solutions and top-notch customer service.

Pay Information: hours 40-55 hours per week waiver for more hours. May work Saturdays and possibly Sundays during busy period.

#13.75/hr with Overtime at $20.66 -OT/hour

$14.25/hr with Overtime at $21.37-OT/hr

Shifts available:

Swing Shift: 4:30pm to 1:00am

Grave shift, 10:00pm – 6:00am

Description of tasks for the Sanitation positions:

Maintain work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Washes pots, pans, buckets and trays by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.

Disassemble manufacturing lines.

Clean and sanitize parts and equipment. Keep parts organized by machine.

Washes and sanitizes equipment.

Pressure wash equipment using industrial pressure washer.

Abilities and Talents for the Sanitation positions:

Must be able lift up to 30-50 lbs.

Desire to progress to other job classifications throughout the plant.
