Sous Chef/Line cook

Full or part time, short or long term employment available. Even though we are branded as a pizza place we are far from your average pizza shop. We are a busy, full service restaurant featuring a large take out business as well, no delivery. Our menu consists of made in house items, local ingredients, and innovative dishes. We serve grass fed beef, fresh pasta, hand tossed pizza and much more. We curate a local craft beer and wine menu to compliment our menu. We are currently operating as takeout only (still no delivery).

The position includes routine prep work, keeping track of inventory, helping other coworkers and completing appropriate opening and closing duties for the kitchen. Experience working all stations, such as fryer, grill etc is a must. Experience with hand tossed pizza is helpful but not required.
