- provide technical support for clients using Microsoft Intune and the broader Enterprise Mobility + Security suite of products.
- deliver excellent customer service
- manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Remote and on-site technical support for Microsoft Intune environments
- Phone and email support to resolve technical queries and complex technical issues
- Support Windows 10, macOS, iOS and Android on Intune
- Develop knowledge base articles and other materials to streamline the support process
- Work with stakeholders to provide on-going improvements to systems and processes
- Intune, Azure AD, MFA, Application Protection Policies, Conditional Access
- Microsoft applications (Office, Outlook, Teams, )
- Support for Windows 10, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems
- Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting devices on Microsoft Intune
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and timekeeping skills
