Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a technical team (preferably a Database, Middleware, or Infrastructure team)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in database administration or a related field (such as Infrastructure, System Administration (Linux or Windows), or Application Development)
- Strong experience in SQL and database performance tuning, high-availability, backups, and recovery
- 10 years of experience with database administration, preferably including Oracle 10g, 11g, or 12c technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL and stored procedures/packages
- Strong experience working with Very Large Databases and Data Warehouse environments
- Strong knowledge with UNIX/Linux environments and commands
- Strong knowledge of application development concepts and practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving technical innovation
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing technology enabled solutions
- At least one related industry certification
