Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria is seeking an experienced cook to support our Executive Chef in culinary leadership.

The right candidate will possess the following;

Minimum of 1-2 years full-service kitchen experience

Ability to lead a busy shift, and maintain a positive and productive work environment

Desire to coach and teach newer staff members

Experience in ordering, scheduling, and facility maintenance

Attention to detail and knowledge of all local and national food safety protocols
