GREENSTAFF TEAM

The Burlington Country Club is excited to announce job openings for Greenstaff team members. We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals, that want to be part of a cohesive team to provide an exceptional presentation of our facility. We are seeking candidates to work on a team creating a stunning golf experience for our membership. These people should be driven to provide outstanding results, willing to be part of positive atmosphere, and able to work independently on routine responsibilities. The Burlington Country Club provides an excellent greenspace work environment at an outstanding golf facility. Candidates will be involved in all aspects of grounds maintenance including routine mowing, course setup, bunker maintenance, cultural practices, course improvement projects, and more.

The Burlington Country Club is an 18-hole golf course, established in 1924 and designed by Donald Ross. It is a membership owned Private Golf Club with difficult greens and hilly, tree-lined fairways. The Burlington Country Club is one of Vermont’s premier golf venues, offering views of Mount Mansfield and Camels Hump, and located only minutes from the shores of Lake Champlain. The Burlington Country Club offers golf, swim, fine dining, and a great natural grass driving range.

We are offering a wide variety of positions that include schedule flexibility. We typically employ a combination of both full and part time employees. In addition, we can accommodate employment for the full golf season and/or work with school scheduling. These positions are a great opportunity for any individual that enjoys being outside and creating a beautiful environmental surrounding. Starting date is 4/1.
