Our operators receive inbound calls for businesses that are closed or otherwise unable to accept calls 24/7/365. Business types we answer for include medical, plumbing/heating, crisis, funeral homes, property management, and many other service-related businesses and agencies. Operators greet callers warmly and offer to assist even if the caller is upset or frantic. Our operators help hundreds of callers every shift get the help they need.
Everyone on our team must:
Work the weekends
Be courteous and helpful at all times
Type 40-45 wpm
Learn and correctly use telephone answering service systems
Be organized, composed under pressure, solution-oriented, client-focused and resourceful
Be a team player, assisting co-workers and supervisors as needed
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes every weekend. Holidays are also shared by all.
Must be able to work onsite in our Rutland area location. This is not a work from home position.
