Someone who comes in and kicks some but, makes great food, plates food well ?, puts a smile on the guests face, and does it with a positive attitude and a smile on their face! Someone that takes pride in keeping their station as well as the rest of the kitchen clean! We feel it is important that you know every position in the kitchen, and are willing to pop in and help out your teammate at any moment, after all we are only as strong as our weakest link.
