MarDon Resort Restaurant Kitchen Manager/Line Cook

The Beach House at MarDon Resort is seeking a full-time kitchen manager.

Qualifications required are:

Leadership skills

Experience as a line cook

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Enough Computer knowledge to design posters, emails, orders and social media notices

Must be Clean in person and habits on the floor

Responsibilities

Line work

Menu Planning (with Team) and Pricing

Daily/Weekly specials, promo and pricing (with Team)

Kitchen Staff Review and assist in hiring (with Team)

Kitchen scheduling

Food Ordering

Kitchen Equipment Monitoring and cleaning (we have a full-time maintenance staff)

Cleanliness of Kitchen, GCHD inspections and compliance

Eventual CFPM certification (Grant County Health District requirement 09.01.21)

Team is server/bar manager and the owner(s).
