ROUGH-IN PLUMBING FOR NEW - TOILET AND SHOWER, location; Laundry Room - Basement.

This is a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - RFP.

Contractor must be LICENSED, INSURED and capable of pulling a permit for this work. A Pre-Walk of the site is mandatory to verify scope of work, timeline and final pricing.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, the price will be considered final (no change orders), unless required by City of Green Bay Plumbing Inspector, which shall be subject to homeowner's approval. Contractor is thought to be a Professional in the trade and possesses the required knowledge, skill and tools to perform the work noted in this RFP. All debris generated by this project shall be removed by Contractor in accordance with City of Green Bay regulations. Contractor to leave job site broom clean.

Job site appointments are available beginning; March 8, 2021 through March 12, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Work may begin on or before March 15, 2021 but no later than March 31, 2021. Contractor to provide in its proposal Start Date, Finish Date, and number of Construction Days. All dates subject City of Green Bay permit issuance and final inspection.

Scope of work: Contractor to install new drain lines and all required fittings for; new Toilet and Shower. Contractor to connect same to existing drain lines located in basement laundry room. All work shall be permitted, and meet City of Green Bay Plumbing Codes, and pass all inspections before final payment is processed. Homeowner may be open to progressive payments depending on the length of the project.

Additional scope of work will include Contractor setting toilet, connecting all water lines to ensure a fully functional device as required by City of Green Bay Plumbing Codes. Contractor shall also provide copper lines, fittings, and set shower pan, as required by City of Green Bay Plumbing Code. Homeowner shall provide, Toilet and all Finish Hardware for Shower.
