HOURS

Mon-Fri 2pm - 10:30pm

SUMMARY

Under general supervision, ensure all assigned job materials are received, quality checked for correctness, sorted and matched to meet written and verbal instructions. Ensure assigned job materials are staged, packed, and prepared for shipping. Job focus is to manually process daily assignments to meet job deadlines in the fulfillment department in a timely and quality manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following):

-Consistently demonstrate hands-on and applied knowledge of QC processes and workflows (100% Quality Assurance)

-Demonstrate reconciliation and problem solving skills

-Effectively organize job setups to ensure maximum efficiencies and zero defects

-Fundamental knowledge of USPS postal and shipping (UPS) requirements

-Hand fold documents and insert into envelopes

-Match documents to documents and/or envelopes

-Performs as Quality Control Level1; may perform as Quality Control Level 2 backup when necessary

-Uses calculator to perform basic to intermediate arithmetic (+, -, X, /, %)

-Requires minimal to no supervision

-Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirement

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

1-2 years working with in a production environment

Knowledge of Healthcare Industry preferred

Special Skill Requirements

-Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively

-Ability to communicate, listen and understand in English effectively both verbally and in writing

-Ability to handle multiple tasks

-Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

-Basic PC operation skills

-Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills; highly organized

-Willingness to learn

-Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested

-Willing to shift schedules, if needed
