Our Denver Lo-Hi location is hiring for Sushi Chefs and Line/Prep Cooks. We have multiple positions available!

In order for a Sushi Chef/Line Cook to be successful at Bamboo Sushi, you would need to have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Sushi Chef or Line Chef in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds safely. Depending on our team member skill levels, we have chefs working on the line, at roll case and/or front case stations making rice, signature rolls, sashimi, and nigiri (including yakumi style). We are looking for those who are willing to work in either position depending on the shift to fill roles as needed.

In order for a Line and Prep Cook to be successful at Bamboo Sushi, you would need to value accountability and be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, safely. As a line and prep cook, you are a huge piece of our ability as a restaurant to serve customers promptly and allow chefs to create the best quality dishes. A successful Line & Prep Cook would be able and easily motivated to complete opening/shift/closing tasks on a strict timeline. In addition, as a Line & Prep Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you would help the team create a collaborative and positive environment so that we are all looking forward to our shifts together.
