Searching for that key person to round out our culinary team! Mash Lab Brewing has been open for 4 years but now we are opening a new restaurant and a new brewery in beautiful Windsor Colorado! The restaurant is led by Executive Chef Jake Maddux, straight from Austin Texas, and features a variety of fermented foods and smoked meats prepared on our massive smokers. We’re looking for someone hungry for a professional opportunity and is eager to learn new and valuable skills and to be a part of our small family. Serious professionals only please.
