Responsible for day to day management of Food & Beverage operation during golf season. (seasonal April - October).

Ensures that cash handling procedures are followed, including tip reports, ticket controls, and daily sales are satisfied in an accurate and timely manner.

Assists in recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of food and beverage staff.

Approves menu items, pricing, and designs for all outlets, daily service, and special events.

Ensures all legal requirements are consistently followed, including federal, state and local laws for food safety and the sale/consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Researches new products and trends and evaluates their cost and profit benefits for club.

Oversees purchasing and receiving procedures to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all food and beverage purchases.

Manages appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage areas, equipment, and facilities.

Establishes guidelines to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Approves all product invoices and maintains effective system before submitting for regular payment.

Manages physical inventories and provides updated communications to reduce food and beverage costs.

Serves as manager-on-duty on a scheduled basis. Serves as any position within department as needed.

Ensure timely correspondence with all catering guests including inquiry, follow-up, contracts, billings and thank-you letters.

Adheres to the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
