GIS Consultant

We are considering the highest possible rate for consultants on CTC/ 1099 with State of Michigan experience / Local consultants to Lansing MI/ Closer locations with all matching skills in the skillset. We deduct only $2.50/hour for any billable work as our margin from the client max rate. This will ensure maximum possible rate to the consultants. Conduct geographic information system (GIS) program activities, utilizing GIS hardware and software to produce maps, spatial databases and thematic data (wetlands, road centerlines, cadastre, and historic sites) in addition to performing simple spatial analyses. Assist in the development of geographic information systems that create, maintain, or leverage geospatial base-map information. Create, adjust, correct, convert and distribute base maps and thematic data. Digitize and maintain spatial databases; document procedures, validate data for accuracy and completeness, complete approved metadata forms and produce maps of the resulting information. Evaluate information and data from outside sources to determine the quality of the data. Act as a "consultant" to internal customers during their use, development & quality assessment of spatial databases. Required Skills:

• ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise/Server (3 Years)
• Exp.w/Managing ESRI Enterprise Geodatabases (3 Years)
• Exp. w/Map Services & Publishing Map Services (2 Years)

• Python Scripting (1 Year)
