No Corp to Corp, H1B Visa and No Sponsorship providedSummary: Job Title: Project ManagerMust Skills: Strong Communication skills, Demonstrates initiative and ability to independently drive projects.Summary:Provides project management, consulting methods and standards for Clinical Systems projects ensuring that projects are clearly defined, systematically executed, and results-oriented.Coordinator of all systems being installed Tasks:• Manages projects using the I/S standardized methodology; supervises project team members and other project resources, and provides direction to other project managers.• Provides guidance and training to other project managers in in the development and analysis of project plans and materials.• Provides supervision to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and within defined scope.Job Description: Manages multiple, small to large simultaneous projects for Clinical Systems Development team using Implementation best practices as they relate to the PMI standard methodology. Develops project plans based upon department methodologies and division requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, with a focus on customer expectations. Ensures overall project coordination with status reporting, timely escalations and monitors cross functional project team members. Qualifications: • Functions as the key intermediary to Divisional Leadership for the Development team. • Creates and delivers project review presentations to Divisional leadership and the standard IS internal and executive project review committees. • Tracks and communicates essential project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. • Measures project quality assessment, as identified by the Divisional leadership and reports results to management. • Solicits and accepts feedback from team and department leadership regarding project tasks. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and projects. • Creation of project plans using Microsoft Project required. • We using Agile methodology Agile/Scrum experience a plus. • Knowledgeable of the project life cycle and key components of project work. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus. • Must be local to Louisville area.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others at all levels.• Excellent organizational skills; exceptional attention to detail.• Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and projects with little or no supervision.• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others to achieve results.• Excellent leadership skills, which includes the ability to work effectively with others to set a vision and identify the action steps to achieve that vision, and the ability to motivate the team and stakeholders to take action without direct authority.• Excellent people management skills; ability to supervise multiple project manager's activities and manage their professional development.• Knowledgeable of the project life cycle and key components of project work. Qualifications:Education• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.Licenses/Certification• Project Management Professional designation provided by Project Management Institute a plusExperience
  • • 3-5 years project management experience in a clinical information systems setting. Experience with applications and tools that support project management tracking and reporting.
