Join our team, and play a key role in helping to design our clients' roadmap to the future and help transform themarketplace. Work you'll Do As a Consultant within our GPS team, you will:

  • Assist the Government in the day-to-day coordination of mission support and office operations necessary to support the Division/Sub-Division.
  • Assist in responding to periodic requests for information.
  • Provide scheduling assistance to senior staff members.
  • Draft support documentation as necessary to support the continued success and sustainment of CSD operations, including Standard Operating Procedures, templates, analyst guides, training documentation, product catalogues, metadata processes and procedures, and metadata.
  • Provide technical writing, proofreading, and production of materials, including integrating various source documents into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer-based graphical and narrative presentation material to all levels of management.

  • 2+ years of experience with office coordination, including maintaining and updating schedules for multiple senior staff members and prioritizing tasks
  • 2+ years of experience with conducting research, drafting reports, technical writing, providing written recommendations, conducting analysis of policies, and preparing presentation materials for a variety of audiences
  • Experience drafting or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures, creating templates for written products, and creating training guides or manuals
  • Experience with Government Policy Development
  • Experience with Public Policy Analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience
  • Previous experience with multichannel customer interaction capabilities for both external and internal customer-facing operations
