ResponsibilitiesChief Experience Officer that can evaluate business practices, methods and strategies to improve customer interactions and satisfaction with the overall technology and/or service offerings. Promotes the overall impression of and trust in a company and service offerings.Preferred location is Chantilly, VA, if not San Antonio. Eventually will sit on site at a Perspecta location.The Air Force team is actively seeking an individual to provide subject matter expertise within our EITaaS team with a focus on improving user experiences during a digital transformation. Preferred individual would have been directly involved in a large scale commercial transformation effort with document results of improvement at the user level. This role is expected to not only lead the effort for the program but also interface directly with corporate level executive efforts to drive user improvements internally within the enterprise and externally with our customers in other engagements. Specific duties:
  • Interfaces with a team of architects and engineers dedicated to improving user experience
  • Emphasizing to employees and internal teams the importance of understanding user needs, personas, and their motivations, the ease of their encounters and their takeawaysfrom their service experiences
  • Fostering an understanding throughout the program of the design, delivery, user feedback, and continuous improvement focused on improving the user experience with the services offered
  • Works closely with marketing communications to develop and launch campaigns that help improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and brand image of the service offerings
  • Advocates for user needs in the development and deployment of projects and strategies throughout the organization
  • Incorporates use of performance metrics and overall customer sentiment at the strategic and tactical levels.

QualificationsRequires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.

Required Experience:Successfully led the development of an end user experience strategy, implemented firm metrics and collection methods, and drove continuous improvement to yield positive outcomes.Strong leadership and communication skills to influence all levels of organization of the importance of a focus on both discrete performance measurements and of customer sentiment, and the need to incorporate both in the services offered.Technical aptitude to understand network, cloud, and end user device infrastructure service delivery.Experience with defining, managing, and reporting on services metrics both objectives and subjective measurements (i.e. Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction)Minimum Secret, TS preferred Salary Minimum: $106,038.40 Salary Maximum:$226,678.40 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Perspecta's total compensation package for employees.
