We are currently seeking an experienced CI/CD Pipeline Analyst and Developer that is familiar with development on AWS test and production environments. The successful candidate must have experience in assessing multiple products, analysis, development, testing, promotion to production, maintenance, and support, as well as employing the selected tool to deliver new products via the selected CI/CD pipeline software that is selected. Government Experience, Workers Compensation Experience, Insurance and/or Finance industry experience preferred but not required.

Assessment Provide detailed assessment of multiple tools for CI/CD pipeline, document analysis of tools, and provide formal recommendations based on outcomes of assessment. This includes products such as native AWS CI/CD pipeline in current AWS environment, Jenkins, Selenium, DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Change Management, Spinnaker, and other top tier products. The assessment will also include an assessment of the current AWS environment that will lead to the final recommendations. This must also be documented along with the product assessment.

ImplementationThe successful candidate must also be an experienced developer in AWS environments, with AWS CI/CD CodePipeline tools as well as some of the other tools as mentioned in the Assessment (Jenkins, Selenium, Jira, GitHub, etc.). The implementation requires the knowledge and skills of development in AWS EC2 instances using the recommended product. This includes previous and current knowledge on deploying the pipeline to production.

IntegrationThe candidate must be able to work with integration and optimization with Git Bucket source code repository, and Jira with the selected product in the current AWS environment.

Change Management and WorkflowThe candidate must have excellent writing skills and have worked on Change Management and Workflow documentation. Able to succinctly develop and document the details of the for each of these areas, and work with the current client teams.

Training & Knowledge TransferWhile it is expected that the project duties will continue after deployment in maintenance and support as well as additional product introductions, the successful candidate must have excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills to train the existing staff on how to utilize the selected CI/CD pipeline product to move projects and releases into the CI/CD pipeline, integration, and working with the current AWS environment to be successful. This will require documentation, interpersonal, team, and presentation skills.
