Description: The Enterprise Collaboration Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for driving functional requirements, design, adoption, training, and support of collaboration technologies. They will understand the employees' use cases, process flows, capabilities of the technologies that enable collaboration, and evolve the use of the tools to optimize employees' productivity. The role will assist employees and their departments to successfully transition their workforce to new collaboration technology solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business interviews and collaborative design sessions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and fit to technology landscape
  • Analyze product usage statistics and develop insightful adoption dashboards
  • Act as an extension of the employee, being a proactive evangelist with GapTech and the employee to accomplish defined objectives
  • Provide inputs into, or develop, implementation strategy of new applications, identifying retirement opportunities of old or duplicative technologies
  • Lead business facing implementation tasks including testing and training development and delivery
  • Review test plans and team up with UAT and QA partners to release high quality products
  • Partner with corporate and tech communications on content for launch and ongoing support
  • Partner with vendor and communications teams to define an engagement & adoption strategy, inclusive of end user-facing marketing materials, training guides, tutorials
  • Understand competitive landscape (technology and business) in area of ownership and participate in the development of the strategic roadmap
  • Enable adoption and sustainability of capabilities delivered to the business while supporting continuity and productivity of business operations
  • Provide front-line business support to quickly resolve issues for our employees, minimizing business disruption through guidance and communication of solutions to the problems business end users experience using our systems and solutions
  • Conduct trainings for O365 suite of tools and other collaboration tools like Miro and Smartsheet
  • Perform as a Subject matter expert within functional area and work with external vendors like Smartsheet and Miro to address specific business needs.
