Are you interested in becoming our new Pit Master? Training will be provided, you just need the right attitude and desire to excel. Work long shifts (6am-6pm) just 3 days per week for a full-time position.

As Pit Master you will be in charge of operating our commercial smoker, preparing, smoking and packaging a variety of meats including brisket, pork, ribs and chicken. You will be expected to understand all health, safety and sanitation regulations and ensure that all procedures are followed.

Once trained, you will perform with minimal supervision and will be counted on to follow the proper procedures at every step to ensure our high quality standards are met with every batch you produce.

While you don’t need barbeque skills or even kitchen skills for that matter, you absolutely must have a positive attitude, must be highly reliable and punctual and of course have a strong commitment to delivering quality every day.
