The Grille @Martins Landing is looking for quality high volume, 5 year min experience and wine

knowledgeable applicants with strong food and beverage customer service backgrounds.

Qualifications include:

 Reliable and responsible

 Must be able to work well with others in a positive environment

 Able to stand for long periods of time, sometimes up to 8-12 hours

 Need to have flexibility to work a pop up event at a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

 Must have own transportation and be able to pass background check

 Communicate in English in a clear, concise pleasant and sincere manner

 Understand requests and correctly, creatively and expediently carry them out

 Be out going, friendly and patient

 Handle multiple requests with poise, accuracy and timeliness

 Understand and practice the policies of The Grille @ML

 Use good judgment at all times

 Must have a passion for hospitality and the ability to think ahead of guests needs

 Have basic computer knowledge

 Hard working, efficient, effective, team player, great attitude, loves to work with people and the public

 Working conditions

 Work long hours when necessary and flexible with schedule. Be able to work weekends, nights, holidays as necessary

Physical requirements

 Stand, sit, walk for extend hours, Lift carry and push up to fifty plus pounds

 Associate

Required experience:

 serving: 5 years

 Duties and responsibilities

 Serve food and/or beverage in a professional manner

 Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner

 Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.

 Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests overall satisfaction.

 Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

 Maintain a clean work area

 Required to be able to work varying schedules from time to time. All employees are required to attend all scheduled training and departmental sessions.

 Arrive in assigned work area on time in full, clean pressed assigned uniform for scheduled shift.

 Perform and complete any and all assigned tasks by management.

 Be totally familiar with restaurant operations and be able to direct guest and answer guest questions of general facility.
