- Minimum 1 year experience in the industry
- Knowledge of proper food storage, food spoilage, control foodborne illnesses
- Experience with supply and inventory
- Excellent knife skills
- Able to work calmly and consistently under pressure
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and work as long as 10 hours a day
- Able to work under hot and stressful conditions
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to follow recipes and instructions
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Be a team player
- Wear a mask and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be dependable, reliable and motivated
- Well groomed
