Position Details

-Creating an exceptional positive experience when patients arrive and leave the office

-Schedule appointments

-Coordinate appointments with other dental offices

-Discuss and handle financial and insurance related matters

-Correspond via email, phone, text message, and written letters

-General administrative duties

Qualifications

-High school degree or higher

-Minimum of 2 years of work experience

-Previous sales or customer service experience

-Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required

Schedule

-4 Days per week

-2 Saturdays per month

-Will be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations

Compensation Package

-$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

-Performance Bonuses (after probationary period)
