CPA firm located in downtown is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Prepares correspondence, letters, reports and other documents via computer;
-Files library materials, workpapers and correspondence;
-Prepares and accounts for outgoing mail;
-Maintains office supplies inventory;
-Assists with maintaining office filing system, to include sending/retrieving files from off-site location;
-Processes tax returns; and
-Prepares federal and state tax office transmittals, to include knowledge of all tax return due dates and mailing addresses.
Qualifications:
-Degree or certification in office administration preferred but not required;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Knowledgeable with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office; and
-Able to prioritize and multi-task.
