Head Custodian for Nampa Elementary School

We are looking for a Leader for one of our elementary schools; you will be leading the custodial staff to provide exceptional service for the school. This is a day shift position that will give you weekends off!

In this position you will learn to:

Perform Quality control inspections

Train employees in standard operating procedures

Show Excellent interpersonal skills

Be a great ambassador for the company with our client

Job Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend and lift to 50 pounds

Be able to work well with others - performing customer service responsibilities and training your team to provide great customer service

Accountable for your team completing assigned tasks on time

Lead your team to complete all job duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning spills – as well as any other custodial duties

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7 am - 3:30 pm

Training and Client needs will require flexibility with your schedule

There will be room for advancement in this position.

Pay: $13.50 per hour
