Looking a motivated, passionate Sous Chef and Line cook who wants to grow with our company. The ideal candidate should have experience in a full-service and high-volume restaurant and take pride in the execution of cuisine they deliver. In addition, we are looking for a team oriented and professional candidate. You must be able to effectively multi-task in challenging situations and be able to work under stress with higher volume kitchen. Responsibilities include but not limited to cooking, inventory, quality control, standardization, prepping and yielding of high end meat and seafood products.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

Experience in a kitchen with high-volume sales is preferred

Ability to work well within a team and quickly solve problems

Creativity in preparing daily and nightly features

Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, mid-day)

Reliability and a sense of pride for your work

Professionalism in attitude and appearance
