Concrete Estimator

Concrete Estimator:

We are a commercial/residential concrete contractor that specializes in concrete flat work: Finish floors, parking lots, municipal streets, curb and gutters, sidewalks and driveways. We are looking to hire an Estimator/Project Manager.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

Overlook the construction process from approved estimate to completion of task.

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prepare estimates and issue proposals for concrete projects after reviewing design documents, drawings, specifications, and completing quantity take-offs

Estimators are focused on bringing projects in and stay on budget.

Utilize estimating software and plan take off software for final cost estimates.

Prepare proposals, reports, change orders, and draft letter.

Communicate with general contractors/construction managers to clarify the scope of work and schedule requirements.

Flatwork estimating will be required.

Attend pre-bid meetings, scope review meetings, reviews proposals, and negotiates with clients.

Review online sites and websites for bid opportunities.

Job Requirements

5 years Concrete Estimating (Preferred)

Job Type: Full Time

Pay will be based on proven experience

Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit
