Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manage team of workers, Follow Schedules, Project Progress and resource allocation

-Create Estimates for labor, Materials and other costs

-Collaborate with Owners, engineers, other construction management and coworkers

-Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and supplies

-Create schedules for workers

-Maintain a detailed daily log for work completed and upcoming work

-Beable to efficiently operate equipment on an Underground Utility Job Upto and including excavators, Skid Steers, Packers, Loaders, ECT…

Skills and Qualifications:

-Excelent Communication abilities

-Knowledge of construction budgeting

-Good Planning Skills

-Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices

-Understanding of local, state and federal regulations or know how to look up

-Effective leadership abilities, Motivation, goal-setting and conflict management

-Organizational Skills, Including time management, Delegation, prioritization and Multitasking
