Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Work Orders/Maintenance issues

Able to be on-call for after-hours and weekend emergencies (rotated weekly)

Painting

Sheetrock repair

Electric

Plumbing

Appliance Repair

Candidate must have own tools and vehicle

Full-Time work
