Bartender at Scales

Scales, a busy restaurant on Portland's waterfront, is hiring a Bartender to join our dynamic dinner service team. We're looking for a true team player who can stay organized and focused in a fast-paced atmosphere while helping out your fellow bartenders. This bartender should also be genuinely engaging, gracious, and warm, and make it all look easy while doing it.

Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume bartending and fine-dining serving, possess a depth of food, beer, and wine knowledge, and a knowledge of and appreciation for classic and craft cocktails. Scales is a fun and exciting environment where high energy, professionalism, and a passion for food and beverage is an absolute must.
