• Lead a talented team of design engineers in next-generation product development as a highly technical, hands-on manager.
• Drive microarchitecture, RTL design, and synthesis to meet feature, performance, area, power, timing, and schedule requirements.
• Set priorities for the team, get results across functional teams, ensure an inclusive work environment, hire and develop employees, and manage performance.
• Cooperate and coordinate with other groups such as software and product engineering in delivering solutions for the product and customers.
• Drive design standards, processes, and quality metrics to assure products meet requirements on schedule.
• Show leadership in motivating the team, execution excellence, high quality standards, and cooperation to achieve common goals.

• 5+ years of experience of leading or managing a design team.
• Proven capability to define and execute to schedule and make priority trade-offs.
• 10+ years’ experience in ASIC and SoC design.
• Expert in Verilog and tool flow from RTL to netlist.
• Expert in driving designs to meet performance, power, area, and timing requirements.
• Strong understanding of all functional areas in chip design (verification, synthesis, etc.).
• Knowledge of processors and standard interfaces; ARM processors and ARM interfaces such as AXI, ACE, and CHI strongly preferred.

• MS in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field.
