Role: SAP Basis migrationLocation: Austin, Texas, United StatesType: Fulltime Job Description:Perform OS/DB migration using SUM/DMO, SWPM, and other applicable tools- Architecting SAP solutions for simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability, such as HSR, Data Guard, etc.- Working on the cutting edge of a wide range of innovative AWS use cases- Migrate the current Linux environment to AWS/RHEL Linux environment- Deploying and managing all SAP Applications on AWS.- Automating SAP deployment, configuration and operations- Install and configure server / workstation and nodes to AWS nodes.- Designing and deploying a multitude applications utilizing of the AWS stack- Perform SAP system migration to AWS cloud, Installation and configuration using DMO (SUM tool) and using SWPM export/import.- Evaluate the Customers’ landscape, knowledge of SAP on AWS, and readiness to migrate customer SAP systems to cloud through a structured plan and ensure its delivery.- Perform infrastructure sizing assessments and make recommendations per SAP best practices- Develop and review technical architecture, and design.- Develop and implement backup, patch, note, and migration strategies- Identify workarounds for specific issues and corner scenarios observed during migration.
