Construction Project Manager

Buildtec Contracting Company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

Skills in trim and/or rough carpentry are necessary for this role.

Ability to manage multiple projects each day.

Ability to work independently while communicating effectively and professionally

with supervisors and customers.

Ability to adhere to the highest safety and site maintenance standards.

Ability to navigate Menards and other supply chains to procure materials needed for

sub-contractors and for service calls.

Ability to remain on call for end of day emergency material runs through the building season

(roughly May – Oct).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to navigate many areas around the metro Twin Cities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience using technology tools for project management. We can provide training

on these tools, but you must have a basic aptitude and knowledge of cell phones and tablets.

Verifiable references.

Must pass background check.

Competitive salary. 55k-75k annual salary depending on skill set and experience.
